A typical yoga retreat will include two yoga practices and 2/3 nourishing vegetarian meals a day. Meditation may be include and also talks on the philosophy and deeper meaning of yoga. In between all this yoga loveliness there will be plenty of time for you to explore the local area, read a book by the pool or on the beach and most of all completely relax and just ‘be’.
I have been teaching retreats for eight years now and have taught over 75 retreats, and I simply LOVE it! I love the transformation, the depth we can go to, the difference you can make in a week. I love bringing together amazing people from all over the world for a week of laughter, sharing, learning, support, growth, sunshine and so much yoga love.
