With in depth experience working with people of all levels and from all walks of life I am skilled in understanding the body from a bio mechanical and anatomic level and also energetic and the effects of the mind and stress on the body. Each and every practice will be tailored to meet your exact needs on that day to make sure that you get the very best out of each and every practice.
Sessions may be purely physical, focussing on asana and gaining strength and flexibility or combine meditation, breath work and mindfulness techniques to help deal with stress and anxiety. Private classes can also be combined with transformational life coaching if you want to delve a little deeper.
